At Ishwaram (operated by Ingrendia Products), we take great care in delivering our products to you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. However, we offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in accordance with the terms below.
1. No Returns and No Refunds
- All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
- Non-Refundable: We do not offer cash, card, or wallet refunds for any orders once processed.
2. Replacement Policy
We only replace items if they are received in a damaged condition, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped to you.
A. Conditions for Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Unboxing Video/Photos: Clear photos and an unpackage/unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item must be submitted with your claim.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and along with all tags and original invoice.
3. How to Request a Replacement
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@ishwaram.in.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Order ID
- Clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item
- Brief description of the issue
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
4. Processing Your Replacement
- Once your claim is verified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be dispatched to your delivery address at no extra cost.
- If the exact item is out of stock, our team will offer you an alternative product of equal value or inform you of the expected fulfillment timeline.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
